| Fundamentals of Design of Experiments - 4 Day Workshop
Our D.O.E. training is quite possibly the most valuable training you can get. Over the years we have evolved the methods, strategies, and tools of D.O.E. so that the techniques can be applied in competitive, fast paced environments. To do this you need to consider the dynamics of your situation and use D.O.E. approaches that fit the scenario.
You will not get the same product from another source. But in case you are shopping for a D.O.E. seminar supplier, there are some things to watch out for that can help you make a reasonable choice. See this data on our D.O.E. Myths link above.
This workshop has been provided to over 30,000 students over a 17 year period (since before QPI was founded) by our Mr. Rick Stewart. To achieve "Master Black Belt" status, DaimlerChrysler Black Belts are required to attend this training.
We may be biased, but . . . We Think You Will Benefit Greatly From This Course!
OUR APPROACH
Our approach to Design of Experiments and the way we teach is best summed up by the course objectives.
For our typical 4-day DOE course;
1) Understand how to select the best variables for an experiment; Proper Factor Selection is crucial to a successful experiment. We Want All Our Variables to be Strong Factors.
2) Recognize the success factors to implementing an experiment; We will share how to finish quickly, accurately, with minimum time & cost, and with Maximum Effects.
3) Set up an experiment; We want you to be self sufficient, in control of your own DOE Destiny. However, we will make ourselves available for coaching.
4) Perform statistical analysis on data from the experiment; From the data, you need to be able to perform appropriate analysis determined by the data collected and experimental approach.
5) Make a high confidence recommendation from experimental data; The data should allow you to know what the Best Solution is. You will be able to predict results even from combinations of variables you never tried!
6) Recognize which types of experiments are suitable for your situation; Your choice of experimental approach depends on What you Know, and What you Want to Learn.
