Support Services
QPI offers support services to help with systems and use of methods and tools in the following ways;
Contract Services: Sometimes due to moving jobs to another plant location or consolidating business into a central loctation there is a temporary need for technical personnel, project engineers, quality engineers, etc. QPI can provide these personnel to help manage the temporary work overflow for as long as it takes to stabilize the business.
Inspection Services: Within our network is a ISO-9000 registered inspection service, with locations in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Mexico. Sometimes, even following all your procedures, there are urgencies at customer locations. We can go to the customer, your facility, or have product delivered to one of our warehouses for inspection and minor rework services.
Spread Sheets, Templates, Training Materials: Check in our Product Catalog for Design of Experiments Spread Sheets (DOE in Excel) as well as Q.A. Manual Templates for ISO-9000: 2000 and TS-16949. These tools can give the internal practitioner a head start and significant time savings in their DOE or Quality System Documentation projects. We will soon be making available Training Aids and Materials that include Instructor Guides, Transparencies/Power Point Presentations, and Participant Texts. You may have internal instructors that are able to follow an instructor guide and train your personnel. | |
